I shouldn't have worried, Kristina explained the movements perfectly , has a great variety of exercises and helped me to achieve all my goals getting stronger and fitter. I now love working out and even joined a 12k running event a year after I started training with her.

I really enjoy the workouts outdoors. She caters for your specific fitness level and needs. She pushes you when you think you can't go anymore and you will be surprised of how much you are capable of.

 

All in all a lovely girl to train with. Definitely looking forward to my next session, it'll kill me but it's always worth it.
